Cooking Green Rice

Cooks In 20 Minutes

Our Forbidden Green Rice is parboiled (partially cooked) so it requires no soaking and reduces your preparation time while retaining all its natural health benefits.

How To Cook Forbidden Green Rice

1. Add 2 cups of water to 1 cup (200g) of Forbidden Green Rice. Salt to taste.
2. Bring to boil over high heat. Cover, reduce to simmer covered for 15 - 20 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and stand covered for 5 - 10 minutes and serve.
Note: Forbidden Green Rice is rice cooker friendly.
