We welcome culinary guru, Benjamin Conroy to the Forbidden Foods team as ‘The Forbidden Chef’!

About Benjamin Conroy
Benjamin is a tried and true foodie and always chasing that next new cooking experience. He started his journey in the Blue Mountains at award winning Darleys restaurant. He then worked at boutique Australia restaurant Wolgan Valley and to further develop his skills he sort seasonal stints at Rockpool Sydney, Vulcans in Blackheath, The Town Mouse and Huxtable in Melbourne.
More recently Benjamin worked at Australian olive oil company Pukara Estate creating recipes to complement their product range and has just finished at 5 star resort, Saffire Freycinet, located on the east coast of Tasmania.
