Summer is for Smoothies! Our spin on a smoothie is a Forbidden Foods Red Rice, coconut and strawberry Smoothie. It is delicious and full of nutrients, it is also easy to make on the fly. So try this delightful drink recipe for yourself.

- 1 cup of Forbidden Foods Red Rice
- 2 cups of water
- 2 cups of coconut milk
- 4 - 6 Strawberries
- Soak 1 cup of Forbidden Foods Red Rice in two cups of water for 6 – 8 hours (Or over night).
- Once rice has absorbed majority of water, drain excess water through a fine sieve.
- Place Forbidden Foods Red Rice into blender of your choice, with 4 – 6 strawberries and 2 cups of coconut milk.
